Route 66 is a truly remarkable
boat, designed by Lars Bergstrom and built of
carbon over foam core for a couple to cruise at
speed in comfort. Route 66’s light weight,
hull shape and innovative B&R rig that is
easily handled results in a boat that the owners
have cruised to the islands, Europe and up and
down the East coast at amazing speeds. This boat
has hit 22 knots in perfect safety and comfort.
Many innovative features such as a lifting keel,
dinghy garage, tripod mast step, retractable spinnaker
pole and a rudder that swings vertically when
heeled add to the uniqueness of this boat.
