Platoon, the Judel/Vrolijk-designed Transpac 52, has been transported to Spain for her final fitout prior to embarking on the 2008 Medcup circuit. Along with owner Harm Mueller-Spreer and the team’s four time Olympic medal winning Sports Director Jochen Schuemann, Tim Kroeger (GER) will sail as grinder, Liam Porter-Domizlaff (GER) is boat captain and Jan Schoepe (GER) is mast-man. The project is ‘powered’ by Team Germany, the country’s America’s Cup team.
